SHABACH! Ministries, Inc.
This community arm and non-profit 501(c)3 corporation of First Baptist Church of Glenarden, is developing dynamic communities by “educating, engaging and empowering.”
​Driven by a spirit of excellence, SHABACH! has developed a core group of services to positively impact our surrounding community through meeting needs, providing hope, and offering a variety of programs to encourage growth.

SHABACH! Community Services has an Emergency Resource Center which includes an emergency food pantry and clothing boutique; Career Services which offers Youth and Adult Employment Readiness Programs; and Community Support Services.

Mission: To empower families in times of need by providing assistance, teaching career development and life skills, and offering compassionate engagement that fosters strong character and builds a healthier community for both today and the future.
